Our lead creative workshop director gives guests an introduction to why we mask during Mardi Gras. Guests are then invited to begin crafting their very own mask complete with glitter, jewels, and feathers. Once the fun is done, guests are welcome to take their creations home as souvenirs from their Mardi Gras Mask Making experience.
Tour includes Mask Making, Float Den Tour, and Lunch at Mardi Gras World.

Laura plantation represents the many different cultural influences at play in the South during this time period: initially, the plantation was built and run by a French Creole family and was later turned over to a German family who ran it for nearly 100 years.
