All sales for Specialty Cruises are final. Credits may be transferred and used within one year of the tour date.

The Creole Queen has a weight-restricted mechanical lift and wheelchair-compatible accessibility. Weight limit for passenger and chair is 450 pounds.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies:

  • All sales for Specialty Cruises are final. Credits may be transferred and used within one year of the tour date.
  • Cruise times may be altered or canceled due to weather and safety concerns.
  • Cruise may remain dockside in the event of unfavorable sailing conditions.
  • All reservations must be prepaid by credit card and are subject to availability.
