Coronavirus Precautions

 

All of the Hospitality Enterprises ventures are currently open and operating for the foreseeable future: Paddlewheeler Creole Queen, Riverboat Louis Armstrong, Airport Shuttle New Orleans, Jean Lafitte Swamp Tours, and New Orleans Tours.

 

Your health is of the utmost importance to us. To mitigate the impact of the coronavirus, we are taking the following extra steps in addition to adhering to our stringent health standards:

 

• Employees to utilize hand sanitizer behind all bars and workstations

• Employees to utilize hand sanitizer at entrances to both boats

• Sanitizing stations will be available to all guests

• Leaving doors open to allow air to circulate

• Sanitizing with a germicidal bleach solution on all surfaces before and after each cruise

• All buffet food will be served – no customers will have contact at food stations

 

In addition, we are working to introduce individually wrapped straws and utensils and paper napkins and tablecloths. Food and beverage workers will wear gloves and utilize disinfectant spray to sanitize surfaces between cruises.

 

We’re jazzed to welcome visitors on board our vessels but ask that those who are feeling sick stay ashore. We take the current COVID-19 situation very seriously and will monitor updates from the CDC and City of New Orleans accordingly. During this unique time, we plan to keep all of our customers updated on any schedule changes and always strive to act in the best interest of our employees and patrons.
